The whole history of mankind, "advancing" democracy - to the 21st century:

In the 21st century, the process in many ways reversed:

1. Unity in the fight for the Internet, the development of a coherent policy.
2. Dial a critical mass of devices that can communicate with each other.
Work for it - with investors, manufacturers, suppliers.
3. Dial a critical mass of applications that use the Mesh-Network.
