Traditional institutions of democracy are not enough to preserve it.
  The only way to resist the propaganda of major political groups, usually usurping power, is:
  1. Involve the entire population in the discussion of political issues.
  2. The organizational multiplicity of this discussion. - That is, there are many independent free-choice branches of discussion.
  3. The structuredness of this discussion is aimed at its effectiveness.

People should not be passive spectators of political political shows, but active participants in the discussion.
  People are still actively discussing politics - in kitchens, in social networks.
  But the opinion that is heard on TV, or formed by professional "trolls" always wins.
  In the future, the situation can only worsen, until the emergence - "democratic totalitarianism."

The only way to avoid the "end of history":

The only way to avoid the "end of history" is to create a Discussion Framework in which:
  1. People would freely group with unanimous people, including those with the same interests, with whom they find a "common language" and mutual understanding.
  2. In these groups there would be a mechanism for finding "truth."
  "Truth" these, born in disputes will, however, have long been known to individual "oppositionists." But the point is that the people themselves come to it - the people themselves.
  People themselves in the process of arguing among themselves will understand the trick of propaganda.

The idea of ??the Advisory structure is to create an Internet toolkit that is friendly, convenient, and optimized for the fruitfulness of such disputes.

  The only way out is to create an environment in which, with the previous desire of people to argue, the results of the debate would be much more advanced.

Russians have a slave culture. "They can not now imagine that they should not be commanded by superiors, but by chiefs / delegates / officials."
  The optimal, and now the only way to train a democratic life for Russians is virtual democracy, namely, the Consultative Structure.
  The need for democracy is not a higher quality of life, defined without intermediaries, but the fact that it is the only way to avoid the "End of History" now.

What is the structure of the meeting should be ?:

1. People themselves must choose their interlocutors. Thus, the effectiveness of professional actors and "trolls" decreases.
  2. People themselves must be judges of authority in their group, and - on different grounds. - One authority - on housing and communal services, another authority - on the education system, the third - on the relationship of electoral legislation and self-government with the quality of life, etc.
  3. Groups should unite, from below, freely - according to common interests and opinions.
  Only the Internet allows you to replace several national parties - an entire tree of independently functioning branches that effectively interact with each other.

That is, people should NOT delegate powers to deputies, as in the beginning of the 20th century,
  - People should be judges on every small issue, judges to each personally known authority.

More about the dangers of "Managed Democracy":

In Russia, special services are much more experienced and better organized than in traditional dictatorships.
  Back links and mechanisms for avoiding political crises work well in Russia.
  - Revolution, the change of power in Russia, like in Libya or in Brazil - may not be. - There can be "quasi-coups", when one grouping is little-noisy inferior to the power of another, akin to that will continue the old policy.
  At the same time, the new government, as before, will enjoy the full support of the completely non-participating people in politics.

Even if the West remains completely democratic, there is a danger of spreading the "Russian contagion" to the 3rd world.

  Compare, for example, the "tectonic" depth of the internal propaganda of the Assad regime in Syria - now only 10 years ago.

Opposition fights consequences, not reason.

And will lose.
  The opposition is fighting for the preservation of freedoms, respect for human rights, for fair elections.
  But the opposition does not understand that unlike traditional dictatorships, Putinism does not act against the people, but is based on the opinion of the people.
  Unlike traditional dictatorships, Putinism works not superficially, but - with the help of creating a deep-seated mood of the people.
  And the only way to resist the impasse is also a change in the opinion of the people.
  And the best, and even the only way to change people's opinion in the direction of democracy is the involvement of the people themselves in the Consultative Structure and its self-organization.
