Internet vs. War:
The Bolsheviks were right in 1917, - ordinary people do not need a war.
The war is needed only by powerful groups, to divert the subordinate people, to expand power through competing groups, to enrich themselves.
What's stopping the war now?
1. Democracy. - ordinary people of democratic countries began to influence the politics of their countries.
2. Too great costs of a full-scale war - for the rulers of non-democratic countries. - Democracy, while contributing to the scientific and technological superiority of democratic countries.
The probability of war has decreased, but it is still unacceptably high - given its catastrophic nature for Earth's Civilization.
But, most importantly, it can grow again, in the case of the "progress" of "Managed Democracy," which will untie the hands of the ruling groups, not only of the dictatorships of the Second World, but also of the democratic countries.
Interception of initiative in this matter is more important than any other - ecological, feminist, cultural.
The main tool for this is the Internet. More precisely, - Internet tools of joint policy making by ordinary people, - without intermediary rulers, potentially and objectively having opposite interests.
It is vitally important to organize direct cooperation between people from different countries.
What to do with North Korea?
The US government does not pursue the most effective policy, as it is NOT interested in it.
The most effective policy is not sanctions, beating, first of all, on ordinary people, not threats, and not even means of defense.
The most effective policy is counterpropaganda.
The most effective counterpropaganda can be organized only by people themselves - using Internet tools.
These Internet tools do not exist yet.
And people can do them only with their own hand.
As well as free - satellite Internet.
No one will help them, except themselves.
In the case of North Korea, in addition to the satellite Internet, direct satellite television and radio broadcasting is also needed.
But, before the organization of counterpropaganda, - it is necessary to organize 100% democratic management of this counterpropaganda.
It is necessary to create Internet tools for the "Advisory structure."
Technical issues are generally derived and much less complex. -
- It will not be a problem to saturate the same North Korea with cheap micro-radio receivers, for example.
