Hidden unemployment:

In Russia, hidden unemployment is> 50% of the able-bodied population.
  Is calculated simply.
(Hidden Unemployment) = (Population) - (Employed in modern, productive industries).
The latest in Russia is 20%.

The basis of farming in the countryside - Natural economy:

As in the US - Russia is fed 3% of the population, - combines, fish farmers, workers in greenhouse complexes.
The rest of the rural population survives - at the expense of "personal", archaic farming, gathering mushrooms and berries, hunting and fishing.
Many at the same time are listed in different semi-municipal farms.
But the work there is seasonal, with large salary delays.
These farms are supported not for profitability, but for preventing a social explosion.
Although these farms are not complete bankrupt. - But only due to the unique cheap labor.
As they said in the USSR: "3 slaves from the construction battalion are replacing the excavator". - The excavators were really exploited in a record inefficient way, although they were very expensive.
And the population, especially rural in degree of freedom - differed little from slaves.

In cities of Russia the situation is not much better. -
Most "industrial" workers work not in factories, but in personal garages.
They also produce industrial products, spare parts, even cars!
But they produce - on primitive equipment, and almost without commodity specialization.

In the USSR, they worked in factories. And then they were fired.
True, in the USSR the situation was not much better.
Yes, there was no formal unemployment. But it was 100% monopoly. -
  - The state kept the prices of manufactured goods as high as only artisanal and manual production limited them.

After the USSR there was a formal market, competition, but there was also a competition of labor. Trade unions do not actually work.
Monopoly did not decrease much. - Permissive economy, - licenses for six months for each commodity nomenclature, certificates. Inspections of dozens of state services, corruption, arbitrariness of "judges" and "prosecutors", ambiguous, blurred, closed "legal" legislation. - Lack of freedom of entrepreneurship, and, most importantly, its foundations of democracy.
Hidden unemployment is supported artificially, because it lowers the price of labor, as in 1933 reduced the price of labor on the construction sites of "communism" - hunger.

In the United States, a worker is hired, because such work is more beneficial to him than "self-employment" - he earns not less from high productivity than a capitalist.
In the USSR and Russia, the policy of absolute impoverishment leads to the fact that subsistence economy becomes more profitable than the commodity-industrial economy.

So Russian poor are not, because they are bad, but because they are unduly humble, naive, trustful and kind. Although the last quality Putin of them successfully etched.

Russian propaganda can work miracles .- In terms of violating the laws of nature.
In particular, it is capable of reversing history, despite any development of technological "bases."

What should I do? - Two-way:

& nbsp;

Direct way: Satellite Internet. - Satellite democracy. -

- Satellite civil society, satellite parties, satellite elections, including the nomination of candidates.
To give satellite democracy to the world can - Ukrainians, and at the same time earn money if they have enough mind.

Indirect path: Minor equipment.

Cheap equipment can now not yield to the profitability of large-factory.

The situation is similar to Russia - not only in the "Upper Volta with missiles", but also in the Upper Volta, and almost in all the 2nd dictatorial, and in the 3rd worlds.
But it's necessary to start restructuring from Russia.
  - Since it is from Russia that the survival of civilization now depends, and, perhaps, the meaning of the existence of the universe.
And having worked out the technology of peaceful Perestroika in Russia, it can be used in other backward countries.
