Democracy and Deliberative structure:

Why do we need democracy?

Democracy and nonviolence is not an accident, nor is it the whim of envious and lazy marginals. -
Without democracy, the survival of humanity is impossible.
The growth of the technological power of mankind must be accompanied by the proportional growth of democracy.
Otherwise inevitably irreversible acceleration of stratification of mankind after which there will come death, at first, the most degenerate layers, and, then, and the actual death, too, degenerated, but in another way, nothing balanced elite groups.

Why do we need an Advisory structure?

the Deliberative structure is a way of democracy in the information age.

Without democracy, the survival of humanity in the information age is impossible.
There is a need for joint self-government of people in all spheres, at all levels.
More precisely, it is desirable that the level was one.

Direct democracy in the form of referendums:
1. Inefficient,
2. Unreal,
3. There's no time to move on to her.

On the 2nd hand, IT (Information technology), and AI (Artificial intelligence) in particular, provide today the opportunity to create a 1-rank system by which people will be able to coordinate their desires more effectively than by simply delegating their powers.

you can Start by creating an open system in which:
•• The problems people are presented in the form of interwoven hierarchical tree of problems, proposals of solutions and justifications.
•• People themselves are organized into a 1-rank network in which people:
- Freely choose their co-solvers or disconnect from them,
- Set numerical estimates for different properties - other solutions, formulations and people.
- Freely formulate problems, proposals for solutions and justification – with the help of artificial Intellectual assistants.

Where did this idea come from?

In 1990 I saw how populist famously "solved" the most difficult issues.
As ardent "Communists", who became for 1 night ardent anti-Communists with the sole purpose – to preserve their power, use the ignorance and stupidity of people to manipulate them.
Breathtaking from "simplicity" solutions to complex problems.

So I made 3 attempts to "self-Organize the Deliberative structure" - by sending appropriate proposals to activists.
It didn't work out then.
However, there is still no other way.
