Monopoly and corruption:

Examples:

"Timer"

- micro credit office:
0.19%/day – loan + 1.3%/day - for "advice"

Credit "Caspi"-Bank:

20%/year – on loan + 80%/day - for "service"

"Up" at the factory:

At the plant - good wages, work on labor. code: social package, insurance, pension contributions, etc. But the plant does not take to work.

"webasco" at the factory always take. But there:
- Salary is 2 times lower,
- Operation 14/24, 7/7,
- No insurance, pension contributions, etc.

Mechanism:

the Law in the post-USSR formally "regulates" usury and exploitation.
But corruption turns the Law into fiction. -
The monopoly in corruption - worse than price fixing. -

In legal States:
- Price collusion is hidden,
- Price collusion is persecuted.

Monopoly in the post-Soviet Union is official.
Monopoly persecutes free enterprise and competition -
The authorities who have criminals do not give permission for the activities of organizations beyond their control, which do not pay them tribute for the services of robbing their customers – borrowers, including those who want to buy their own housing, and not rent it for an unaffordable fee, and workers.

"Natural selection"of authoritarian rulers:

Upstairs are selected by the rulers, which are more efficient than robbing people and, thus, the pay of state terrorists to those dealt with competitors, especially those who are trying to use people in political competition, because all the rulers are unanimous about the damage such a strategy.
The 21st century is the century of the change of physical terror by mental terror.
Those of the rulers who are insufficiently expedient and cynical - fall in "people".

Need for an Advisory structure< / h5>:

By virtue of "Natural selection" of authoritarian rulers, and the future highly-effective use of AI, including for the manipulation of people in democratic countries - to increase the sustainability of human development today can only self-organization of the people - the creation of flat structures on the Internet parallel to all functions of the state.

Reasons:

the Reason for monopoly is the Lack of democracy:

People – borrowers and workers do not influence the replacement of criminals in power, which they pay for the services of their robbery.

But why is there no such situation in the West?

the Cause of corruption in the post-Soviet Union – propaganda:

People grumble, suffer, suffer, but vote for their robbers.

Historical reason:

In the USSR, the Communists guaranteed the absence of abuse of power by officials. – On the complaint of workers abusing an official, was expelled from the Communist party and, accordingly, he lost the position.
But the price was:
- Lack of democracy, political monopoly,
- Propaganda.

In the USSR:

there was no Grassroots corruption.
There was group corruption (abuse of power) – the privileges of a class of officials having a monopoly on power.
However, these "privileges" made the life of officials is only slightly better the lives of workers. And worse life officials in the West.

In the post-USSR:

Competition in grassroots structures has made work much more effective than in the USSR.
The contrast is particularly noticeable in agriculture. –
The same crop is now harvested with an order of magnitude less use of resources.

But the wage/labor ratio for workers remained the same as in the USSR. -
All the benefits of increasing productivity received officials. -
The life of officials has become much better than the lives of workers.
However, the wealth they began to receive informal, more formally criminal. - With the help of corruption - individual.

Preserved in the former Soviet Union:
- Propaganda.
- Monopoly,

In the USSR, power was held by propaganda.
Accordingly, propaganda has become much more effective than in the West.

Officials in the USSR could travel to the West, unlike workers, and see how officials live there.
They wanted to live as in the West and organized a "counter-revolution".

But they did not know how to manage as in the West.
They knew how to do propaganda and monopoly – to prevent and suppress uncontrolled activities
This is their skill they "monetized" in the form of individual corruption:
- Simple bribes,
- "Participation" in commercial organizations, and
- Banal "sawing"-theft.

Western officials conspired with officials of the USSR and helped them to make counter-revolution, as it depended on the "capitalists" assets which are threatened by the missiles of the Soviet Union. -
Marazmatik Brezhnev (General Secretary of the Communist party of the USSR), instead of thinking about improving the efficiency of agriculture, it is unclear why he aimed medium-range missiles at Europe.

Threat:

it would Seem that everything is fine. -
Well, changed "the flea" (Russian proverb meaning a useless change).
But, on average, life did not get worse. – In some ways has deteriorated, but in some & quot;improved". -
For example, alcohol, drugs, prostitution, pornography and casinos have become more accessible.
Numerous were high-quality paid services – medical, educational, legal.
Truth, they remained little-available – too expensive.

However, the continued reliance on propaganda threatens life on Earth. -
In the absence of the "Iron curtain", propaganda technologies are forced to develop strongly.
Now the threat to the West is not so much missiles as propaganda.
Truth threatens she already not "capitalists" and their officials, and – people.

Paradoxically, now "Russian" officials help Western colleagues to deceive the electorate.

People are envious. People in the post-Soviet Union are not satisfied with the increased order of the gap in the standard of living between themselves and officials.
The only hope "Russian" officials to keep the post-Soviet Union from the path of Ukraine – the use of AI (Artificial intelligence) in propaganda.

unfortunately, unreasonable people in the West do not see – what power the Information revolution can give into the hands of "Enemies of the people".
