Economic basis of political decentralization:
The main cause of economic centralization is political centralization.
And vice versa.
Breaking this vicious circle today is a matter of human survival.
§ "Concentration":
In the era of the 1st industrial revolution, centralized economic organizations had "natural" advantages.
Factors favoring large economic organizations were:
1. Advantages of large technologies, for example - blast furnaces, chemical production.
2. Advantages of information centralization, centralized economic accounting.
Today, however, the technological advantages of large economic organizations are disappearing.
§ Analog - Wildlife:
In the primitive "jungle of wild capitalism" as a result of natural selection won - non-big technologies.
Wildlife still produces a much larger range of substances than humans.
At the same time, the size of production in it is many orders of magnitude smaller than that of people.
§ "Technological collapse":
Today there is a "technological collapse" = miniaturization of technology - and available to people too.
3D printing is just a small example. In addition to it, they become profitable today:
- Autonomous Agro-machines;
- Production of artificial meat;
- Micro-chemistry, which covers - the entire chemical field;
- The continuing drop in the cost of small solar panels - after falling by an order of magnitude in 30 years - is killing not only non-renewable electricity, but also hydropower, nuclear power.
- Autonomous transport - road has replaced the centralized - rail.
- At first , individual housing replaced "communal housing". Now, autonomous technologies for the manufacture of "Neo-Yurts" should also replace large-scale factory-housing construction.
§ Information decentralization :
However, information centralization is also very weak in Wildlife.
- Organs of the body exchange hormonal signals - horizontally.
In human society today - the computer revolution, the cheapening of microprocessors - eliminated the 2nd - the organizational advantage of large economic organizations, too.
Moreover, information-centralized control systems, for example, the Aerobike system or Selena's Whip, may well be decentralized - organizationally.
§ Specialization:
However, the miniaturization of technology does not eliminate specialization.
- In this sense, there is no return to subsistence farming.
Here there is the same analogy with wildlife, -
This is a specialization of the processing and production of different substances in the body - in different organs.
However, with modern information technologies, specialization does not make profitable not only the centralization of management, but also information centralization in general.
Information decentralization should have 2 directions:
1. Organizational - economic;
2. Organizational - social.
In fact, the political system of the Autonomous Communities is "Petty-bourgeois socialism".
§ Non-violence and decentralization:
The first factor of political centralization was violence.
- The larger United Russia would be able kill 80 million Germans, while the United Reich would be able only kill 40 million Russians.
Today, violence is being replaced by more effective propaganda.
However:
On the 1st side - There is a time lag - before the emergence of highly effective AI for manipulating people,
On the 2nd side - There is social heterogeneity. - There are separate communities of people in which propaganda does not work, primarily because of the lack of people interested in it.
Our goal is precisely to ensure that the share of the latter is the largest - by the end of the time lag.
§ Non-violent legislation:
Nonviolent legislation is international legislation at the interpersonal level.
With the cessation of wars, there is no need for states. The independence of communities and individuals is increasing.
However, this process is very inert and heterogeneous.
§ No taxes:
Taxes serve centralization.
There is no "social contract", but there is only one-sided state blackmail.
Horizontal information system is able to perform all the functions of the state - without the state - today - only through paid services and effective altruism.
§ Social experiment:
We believe that liberalism leads to decentralization – today – both economic and political.
Today, "Electronic governments" in "democratic" states increase the efficiency of management – of centralized government.
We believe that centralized management itself is less effective than horizontal self-management - due to the potential opportunities provided by IT .
We believe that Communities are possible that can exist without violence and coercive taxes.
However, scientific experimental studies of this are needed.
