"Russian World" is not about values, but about organization:

The purpose, meaning and advantage of the Maidan is to leave the "Russian World".
At least, when I called for the Maidan in 1988, I had in mind precisely the organizational "values" - freedom and democracy, that is, the organization of the realization of the interests of ordinary people, and not those in power.

Before fighting with the "Russian world" in the Donbass, it is necessary to get rid of the "Russian world" - in the Armed Forces of Ukraine themselves.
Then the "Russian World" in the Donbass can be defeated easily and simply. Without wasting thousands of lives of Ukrainians.
If they had got rid of the office of the President - the representative of the "Russian World" in time, then they would not have had to fight at all. -
It would be enough to have an example of a higher quality of life in Ukraine, and self-organization of flat, horizontal counter-propaganda directed at Russia.

The administrators of the "Russian World" do not benefit from any independence from them.
Therefore, they tried to ban, subjugate all the volunteer paramilitary units that independently arose after the Maidan.
Naturally, this was justified to the Administrators by the benefit for "Ukraine", although the real benefit for the Ukrainians was in the opposite.

Voluntariness:

The conscription laws of quasi -democratic states, including the United States and Ukraine, are a violation of the human right to life and liberty.
Liberal democracy puts human rights above the rights of the majority.
All dictatorships, including Hitler's and Putin's, were democracies in the sense that they were supported by the majority of the population.

Of course, if the United States had not been repressive, then there would have been much more than 0.5 million Vietnamese war evaders there, and the US Government would have lost this war - immediately.
Also - without repression, Ukraine would have lost the war with Russia, and the world would have become even more repressive.
This question is related to the question of resisting violence with violence.

However - today it is possible to win - exclusively by volunteers:

1. In the era of the Internet, counter-propaganda is stronger than any army.
The problem is that quasi -democratic governments are not interested in full counter-propaganda.
For example, Putin's dictatorship parasitizes on the fact that the legal systems of the Russian Federation and the United States are basically the same.
That is, complete counter-propaganda would call into question the legitimacy of the US political system itself.

If in quasi -democratic states there were no laws restricting not only the freedom to evade military "conscription", but also restricting the freedom of military activity, then the number of internationalist volunteers would be greater than the number of soldiers in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Ukrainian Armed Forces).
It is enough to restrict the freedom of military activity - by the same human rights.
For example, participating in a war on the side of ISIS is a crime because ISIS violates human rights.

3. Remote technologies:
Quasi -democratic Governments limit the development of independent remote military technologies.
The number of internationalist volunteers would be greater than the number of soldiers in the Armed Forces of Ukraine - provided that volunteers participate remotely. -
50% of the field volunteers would be only signalmen and transport workers.
90% of volunteers would stay - at home and would only work as remote operators, for example, of micro-cruise missiles.

Reasons for non-liberalism:

Administrators understand their interests much better than ordinary citizens - when they push, for example, a ban on men leaving the country during the war. -
“If they do not force others to fight for themselves, they will lose their power.

Ordinary citizens do not see the difference who rules them - whether a protege of the oligarchs or the Kremlin.
The main function and ability of administrators is the ability to convince people that they, administrators, best reflect the desires of people, and that people need the same thing that administrators need.
They say "Ukraine" - they mean the "Government of Ukraine". "We are the state"
The difference between the Ukrainian army and the Russian one is not that the 1st defends "democracy", but that the commanders of one army are in Kyiv, and the other - in Moscow.

Administrators like to speak on behalf of the population only on the grounds that the President who appointed them won the election.
However, modern party and electoral systems realize the interests of the population very poorly, starting with the fact that the population itself does not understand its own interests.

But if someone does not want to lose power - a flag, or rather, a machine gun in his hands, and forward - to the tanks.
However, he prefers to make other people die instead of himself.

Suggestion: Allow everything that is not prohibited, but subject to agreement.

Modern means of communication and AI assistants make it possible to coordinate everything with everyone – in real time.
The privates themselves would have guessed to work on strengthening the security of shelters.

All fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Ukraine) agreed with the ban on alternatively organized formations.

Now the main motivation of Ukrainian fighters is different from the main one - monetary motivation of Russian soldiers.
And we are glad to keep this motivation by developing an adequate – “flat” system.

Ukrainian "partisans" win - with the help of creativity, initiative.
Today, the factor of creativity is more important than the factor of money.
However, this potential still needs to be realized - through the development of appropriate software (Software).
Moreover, it is difficult to create a TOR (Technical Assignment) for this software.
It must be exactly that - a process with multiple feedbacks.

Technologies instead of "meat":

The best way for Ukraine to leave the "Russian World" is to implement the principle - not a cent of donations to the Government of Ukraine. All donations should go directly to Ukrainians, to their personal accounts.

However, the development and production of weapons in Ukraine is more efficient and profitable.
