Discworlds inspired by Terry Pratchett :

Artistic modeling.

Admirers of Terry Pratchett and everyone else are invited to participate in the artistic modeling of Discworlds.
We will model not the geographical aspect of the Discworlds, but the sociological and psychological one.
The opposite of our Flat Worlds is the "Pyramid World", in which the boss keeps the cash register and commands the performers.
In the Flat Worlds, no one commands anyone and there is no single cash desk, but there are AI coordinators - absolute coordinators who guess the interests and desires of the "inhabitants", and help them negotiate and interact with each other - a million points each.

If the "Pyramid World" is one, then there can be many variants of the Flat Worlds.
Our task is to find the most real and competitive of them.
For example, in different Flat Worlds, "inhabitants" can:
- Predominantly obey uniform laws, or may predominantly have many agreements.
- They can unite and make common decisions, or they can remain independent.

In case the head of the site on which the current simulation is being done turns out to be Pratchett's enemy , we suggest immediately suggesting alternative sites. -
In case of blocking, everyone will be able to move to the site most popular among the participants.

Also, according to the laws of Flat Worlds, we propose to combine voting for the most real worlds - with donations directly to their authors, while commenting on why you consider this model the most realistic.

The only chance for the survival of Mankind is the creation of numerous independent communities that also manage AI that are also independent of each other and compete with each other , focused on the benefit of people.

Unreasonable person:

Paradoxically, there are more supporters of the Discworld in the sense of the flat Earth version than supporters of the Discworld in the organizational sense, although the importance of both worlds for the survival of Mankind is incomparable.
The unreasonable man is doomed to extinction.

Differences between Flat Democracy and Analogues:

IT , AI and Flat Democracy:

The essence of "Flat Democracy" is precisely in the use of IT capabilities to solve all the problems that "polyvoice" creates, many opinions.

All historical attempts to create a flat organization solved its problems by purely organizational tricks.
Flat organizational design, more effective than the Hierarchy has not actually been found.

Our hypothesis is that it is in the context of using IT that AI - Flat organization gets an advantage over the Hierarchical one .

Orientation:

2 more differences:

1. Not contrived:

As a rule, various polit-economic concepts tried to correct and improve traditional organizational forms with the help of this concept.
For example, the concept of Workplace Democracy attempted to improve upon the organization produced by "natural selection" and naturally failed.

Our approach is different
We are trying to analyze the advantages that new technologies and solutions create, and we are trying to find the most effective, most optimal new solution - as if by carrying out a theoretical "natural selection" and isolating atavisms and rudiments that reduce efficiency.

2. Survival.

"Flat organization / Flat organization ":

She wasn't "flat". - In it, only the link of middle management was reduced, the financial structure was left - traditional.
The shortage of middle managers, as a rule, only reduced the effectiveness of the organization.

" Sociocracy / Sociocracy ":

The larger the size of the organization, the more costly it was to achieve "Consent".
